If you have entrusted BUYECO with managing your guarantees of origin, you can easily access your data. Log in to your personal space. The updated data is available at the bottom of the "My Account" page.
The recording of data in the Pronovo register depends on your network operator. The frequency may vary between monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Once the data is recorded, our team synchronizes it manually with BUYECO, at least once per quarter.
Important Note: Data may appear in your BUYECO account up to a year after management begins. We thank you for your patience during this process.
To receive more frequently updated data, we recommend asking your network operator to record your produced quantities on a monthly basis. Monthly updates will allow you to monitor your performance more regularly and speed up the sale of your guarantees of origin.
